You grant Saros permission to act on your behalf with connected services within the scopes you approve.
Creators are responsible for their automations. Review permissions and test before enabling for ongoing use.

Detailed legal terms for using Saros platform and marketplace
By accessing or using the Saros website, marketplace, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Saros on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. Additional policies (for example, our Privacy Policy) form part of these Terms by reference.
Saros is not designed or certified for use in critical systems where malfunction could result in injury, death, or significant damage. Do not use Saros to control medical devices, emergency systems, vehicles, heavy machinery, firearms, security systems, or any situation where failure could reasonably cause harm to people, property, or the environment. You are solely responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards, manual overrides, and fail safe behavior for any physical automation.
Automations may connect to third party apps and devices using tokens, OAuth grants, or API keys. You authorize Saros (and creators you select) to act on your behalf with those services according to the scopes you approve. Third party terms apply to your use of their services. We do not control or guarantee third party availability, security, or behavior. Revoking access in a third party account may break automations.
The Saros marketplace hosts automations ("cycles") published by independent creators. Creators are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and safety of their automations and any instructions they provide. Saros does not guarantee that any automation is fit for your purpose. You must review requested permissions and test automations with non-critical data or devices before enabling them for ongoing use.
You will not use Saros to: break laws, violate third party rights, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer security, or create automations that cause harm or undue load on services or devices. You must comply with export laws and all applicable platform or device policies.
For security, billing, and troubleshooting, Saros may store run logs, error traces, and metadata like timestamps, automation identifiers, and connection status. Content handling and data rights are described in our Privacy Policy. Do not include sensitive personal data in automations unless strictly necessary and permitted by law.
Certain features may be released as beta or experimental and could contain defects, change frequently, or be discontinued at any time. You accept these risks and should not rely on such features for production or critical use.
Saros and its licensors own all platform IP. Creators retain ownership of their automations but grant Saros the rights needed to host, index, display, and operate them on the marketplace. You must not copy or resell creator content except as permitted by the applicable license or marketplace rules.
Saros is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that automations will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saros and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or increased damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or device or property damage, arising from or related to your use of Saros, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Saros for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim or $100, whichever is greater.
You will defend and indemnify Saros and its affiliates from and against any third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your automations or content; (b) your misuse of Saros; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable laws; or (d) your interactions with third party services or devices through Saros.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Saros (including marketplace participation) for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, security risks, or legal compliance reasons. Upon termination, your rights to use Saros cease, but sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Where permitted, the parties waive jury trial and agree to bring claims only in their individual capacities (no class actions).
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Saros after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
